Jeffery W. Grant

Jeff joined Nehemiah Development Company in February 2024. As our Chief Operating Officer, he brings a wealth of experience in executive leadership and operational excellence to the team. He has a proven track record of effectively managing staff and spearheading successful projects; Jeff possesses a keen understanding of optimizing operations for efficiency and growth. Jeff is dedicated to fostering a collaborative environment and driving strategic priorities that allow NDC to focus on Building Redemptive Community. He is married to Kim; his four adult children are married, and they have six grandchildren (so far). They love the EAGLES, Philadelphia Union Soccer, hiking, biking, and traveling to see their kids.
